Momtography Workshop 2024

This course is created for the hobbyist, camera enthusiast, dad or mom who just want to take better pics of their kids. You will learn to shoot your DSLR camera in manual. Don't be scared! I can totally teach you this and will be so fun!

Times: 2:30-5:30pm
Where: Pensacola Beach at a private residence
Total Costs: $500

50% retainer $250 required to book your seat today. The remaining 50% will be due 7 days before the workshop. 1st come, 1st serve policy.

Getting sharp subjects and blurry background {bokeh}
Shooting inside and outside
Exposure
Lighting - natural only
Composition

Topics we will not discuss are using flash or fill light, detailed editing in Photoshop or post production {This is a whole other workshop in itself that I do plan on opening on a separate occasion}

This 3 hour course includes:
-2 hours of hands on instruction/training
-1 hour of shooting a styled session outdoors
-a beautiful printed instruction 22 page booklet made by me that includes everything shown at the workshop & more
-relaxed atmosphere with light refreshments & drinks
-private facebook group to share photos & continue encouraging each other after the workshop

Required for this course whether it is rented or purchased:
-a DSLR camera
-a 50mm 1.8 or 1.4 lens {around $100 on amazon}

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for this course. Should you not be able to attend for any reason, you will have the option to either sell your seat to another interested attendee or forfeit your seat all together.

If you are looking to start a photography business you are still welcome to sign up but know that this is learning how to use your camera and no post production or business side of photography will be discussed. However, I will be offering 1:1 workshops for those aspiring photographers interested. Please message me.
